Change History Basics
The change history is an audit history under the Admin menu that provides a birds eye view on modifications that have taken place inside the system. The changes represent the entire history of changes inside the database. This information is not overwritten or deleted. There is both a detailed (grid) view and a summary (profile) view for each change.
The changes themselves come in different forms. 'Inserts' indicate new records that have been added to the database. 'Updates' are modifications to existing records. 'Deletes' also are recorded and will show in the change history.
Change History Grid View
The following grid provides an overview in date descending order (most recent on top) of all changes recorded in the database.
Change History Profile
The following represents a profile view for a single change or update. The actually look of the summary view may change dependent upon the 'type' of change that occurs.
