Edit Website Content
Now that your website is online, we need to change the content. Add text, images etc... to make this site yours.
Navigate to your website
To start, navigate to your website's URL. Go to a page that you would like to start editing content. In this example I will change some content on the home page.
Edit Mode
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the web page and click on the 'Edit' button in the footer. This will enter editing mode for your page.
If you are not already logged into the admin portal you will be redirected to do so. After logging in you will be taken back to the webpage you just came from.

Now you are in edit mode. Not much will look different, except that the footer will have different buttons

You are now able to click and edit any of the text blocks on your web page. Here I will click on the left column of text.
Content Editor
Clicking on the text block will take you to the content editor. Here you are able to add images, documents, links, text, embed videos, and edit the HTML.
All of the different functions will be found here in the tool bar.

For this text block I will add a header and some paragraph text. The way the text displays here in the content editor will be slightly different than the way it displays on the actual website.

Once you have changed/added all the content you want click the 'Save Button'. If for any reason you want to discard the changes you can click the red 'X'.

Viewing Changes
Once saved you will be taken back to your website and you are now able to see the changes that were made. You are also still in edit mode.
Once you have completed all of the edits for this page you have a few different options in the Footer.
Exit - Will save your changes in the edit mode but will not publish the changes to the public site.
Publish - Will save your changes and publish them to the public site.
Revert - Will discard any changes made in edit mode and take you back to the public site.
The changes made in the Edit mode are never visible/published to the public site untill you click the publish button. This button also only publishes the changes for the page you are on not all of the pages that have been edited to that point. This allows you to make changes over a period of time without disrupting your public website.

If I go ahead and click 'Revert' the changes made in edit mode are discarded and I am taken back to my public website. The footer will also change back to having the 'Edit' button visible.
