The enhanced communication service or ECS gives you the ability to select recipients in your system and then communicate with them by: email, text message or robo call. DRG integrates with Amazon simple email for email and with Twilio for Text messaging and Robo Calls.

All integrated communication used in the system will automatically store messages sent directly against each member's (contact's) record.
