Use the filter icon in the upper right (circled binoculars) or select a row directly from the grid. Once you have selected the row you will be redirected to the candidate profile.

A candidate profile is simply a specific view on a member's record. A staff user can also simply use the quick searched (circled above) to find a person and then choose the candidate profile tab associated with the persons record
