User: How to configure your user account to make ACH payments
1. Follow the link provided in the banner at the top of your Dashboard OR navigate to "My Profile" in the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Select "ACH Settings"

3. Complete the form for Account Holder Information

Note: This form sends directly to Dwolla - the processing vendor that DRG partners with to provide ACH processing. Entering your information here will not update your profile's contact info in the DRG system.
4. Add the Funding Source & choose how you'd like to verify
When adding the Funding Source for your user account, you are choosing which bank account you would like to use when making payments.


Option 1: Instant Account Verification
Instant Account Verification allows you to log in with your bank account login credentials. This verification option can be completed faster than the Mirco Deposit Method (second option).

You may need to enter additional information if your bank requests it for verification purposes.

Select the account you wish to add and "Agree & Continue" to complete the process.


Option 2: Micro Deposit Verification
The second option, Micro Deposit Verification, deposits small amounts into your account within 1 to 3 days and requires the amounts to be verified by you. You will need to check your bank account for the deposit amounts in order to complete the process.

NOTE: Company administrators can also add company ACH accounts
From My Profile > ACH Settings > select your company's tab and select 'Configure'. Follow the prompts as explained above.

Once you have completed the verification process, you can select 'ACH' as a payment method
If you have verified more than one bank account, you can select which account to use when making a payment.
