Deleting an Employee

Deleting employees will completely remove the employee from the job. You can not delete an employee that already has hours.

Staff

Navigate to 'Organizing > Jobs'

Choose the Job with the employee you wish to remove

On the Job profile, select the employee with the check box.

Click Delete Employee to remove the employee.

Since this employee already has hours on the job he cannot be deleted.

Instead we will click the row of the employee

Select employee

Add an End Date

Edit employee

Check "Terminate Employment" if you wish to do this as well. Click 'Save Employee' to confirm the changes made.

Now the employee will have an end date.

Navigate to 'My Employment > Jobs'

Find the Job and Job Hour Period with the employee you wish to remove.

Click the check box of the employee you wish to delete

Click ' Delete ' to delete the employee from the Job.
