Entering Job Hours as Staff
Entering hours on a job has several parts to it. Starting with the Shop Steward and ending with the Company Admin.
Staff
Overview of a Staff member's dashboard (this will vary depending on the user)
Navigate to 'Organizing > Jobs' To access the Jobs Grid

On the Jobs Grid you are able to view all of the jobs that are in your organization.
The 'Create Job' button allows you to create a new job, this process is covered in the Job Creation documentation

Here you are able to filter the grid results by entering a Job Number, Job Type, Business Agent, Status, and Dates.

You can also sort most collumns to ascending or descending by clicking the first header of each collumn

Once you have found the Job you're looking for click on the row to open the Job Profile
On the Job Profile you are able to see all the details associated with the specific job. Such as the Job Info, Contractor, Location, Business Agents, Employees, Hours, and Job Orders.
To quickly jump into an hour period from the Job Profile. Click one of the hotlinks from the Hours box, or click 'View All' to view the Hour Periods grid

You are also able to Add employees, Create Job Orders, and Delete Employees here.
Clicking on the 'Job Profile Icon > General > Hours' will navigate to the Hour Periods Grid.

Once the a Shop Steward has submitted an hours period it will be auto approved within five business days.
Here you can view all of the hour periods that are associated with this specific job. You are able to see the dates of the hours, when they were submitted, if it has been disputed and/or approved, as well as the total hours.
New Hour Periods can be created by clicking the 'Create Period' button

Like the Jobs Grid you are able to filter and sort the Hour Periods Grid


Clicking on a period will bring you to the Hours grid for that period.
On the hour period profile you can all the details associated with the specific hour period .
As Staff you can choose to edit the Hours as any of the Shop Stewards assigned to the Job.

You are able to Add and Delete Employees here as well as enter Dispute Mode.
You will not be able to delete an employee that already has hours.

Using the 'Previous' and 'Next' Buttons you can view other Hour Periods.

You can also see the Business Agents and Shop Stewards for the specific Hour Period.

If the Period has not yet been submitted you are able to enter hours, Otherwise a Dispute or Correction must be entered.
If you need to make any corrections to the hours either 24 hours after input or after submitting the period, you must enter a correction.
Upon submitting the hours the Company Admin has upto five business days to review before it is auto approved.
After you have submitted all of the hours click 'Submit'

This will display the following dialouge box, please note that any empty entried will be reported as 0. click 'OK' to submit

Once the hours for the period have been submitted the 'Submit' button will disapear.
From here you can navigate to the previos or next period. as well as approve the hour period. Once the time card has been reviewd and need is ready to be approved click the 'Approve' button.

A confirmation dialouge box will appear. Click 'OK' to proceed.

The 'Approve' button will then dissapear. you now will no longer be able to create a dispute but you can call a staff member to add one afterwards.

Looking back at the Hour Periods. You now see an Approved check mark on the hours just submitted.
You cannot dispute any hours on a period that has not been submitted
To start a dispute first enter Dispute Mode by clicking the 'Dispute Mode' Button

The Button will change to 'Normal Mode' Letting you know that you are now in Dispute Mode'

Click on any hour within an hour period. Below we can see the Shop Steward had entered the hours and also a correction.
This is the Dispute Profile. From here you are able to resolve pending disputes and corrections as well as add notes for the dispute.
Click 'Create Note' to create a note

Create a Dispute
Click 'New Dispute' to create a dispute

The 'Create Dispute' Dialogue box will appear and here you will enter the corrected hour (number value only), the reason, and notes for the correction.

Click 'Save Dispute' to save the the dispute.

The Dispute is now visible in the disputes grid of that hour. You are also able to Withdraw the dispute if needed via the 'Withdraw' hotlink.
Resolve a Dispute or Correction
Click 'Resolve' to resolve a dispute or correction

The 'Resolve Dispute' Dialogue box will appear and here you will enter the corrected hour (number value only), and notes for the Resolution.

Click 'Resolve' to save the the resolution.

All previous disputes and corrections will now be resolved.
Staff members do not recieve any notifications for Jobs.
